Asthma kicked in…
Mmmmm best lunch/dinner I have had in a long time. greek yogurt with cinnamon, whole grain blueberry muffin, and toasted omelet sandwich. Happy belly for under 450 cals :D
I went over my calories by like 900. Uhhh… Tomorrows a new day. I really need to learn how control cravings.
Just by changing my food intake and watching what im eating :)
6 pounds in 2 weeks, I’m pretty proud of that. I have a lot to go, but this is a life style change, not a contest.
This week is workout week.
I am not going to be adding my workouts into “myfitnesspal” to get more food calories and such, I will just be entering my food. If I go over calories by like 100 and I know that I worked out, I’m going to be ok with it.
I don’t want to be that person who gets so cought up with all the numbers of the calories, working out, and the scale, that I lose focus on changing my lifestyle.
So far im doing really well with food stuff. I havent worked out yet tjo. I have to go get luncj meat after work tho. Idk what kind yet?
Im slowly learning that it’s not about cutting junk food out of your life completely. Its about having small amount of it.. And learning to enjoy it in small amounts instead of devouring large amounts with no satisfaction.
Im like 100 cals under my goal. Im just layin back with my dog drinkin a red bull zero and watching the girl with the dragon tattoo
Im real close to my calorie limit and I still feel really hungry. Idk if its just my body getting used to this calorie limit or what? I have limited my calories in the past but never had this feeling?
